These terms cover your use of the Mowvi marketing website (the “site”). The Mowvi app and any bookings made through it will be covered by separate terms provided before launch.

About the site

The site introduces Mowvi and lets you sign up for updates. Mowvi is preparing to launch; features, service areas and timing described here may change. App screens shown on the site are from a development version of the app with sample data.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, probe its security, or submit other people’s email addresses without permission.
• Don’t use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the site.

If you sign up, you agree to receive Mowvi emails as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Content and trademarks

The Mowvi name, logo and site design belong to Mowvi. Some photography is used under the Unsplash License. Please don’t copy or reuse site content without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be free of errors or online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mowvi isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
